He is to appear in court Friday morning. Hennes was in jail last week for breaking probation by consuming alcohol. Hentges and Sons worker Ben Luth of Shakopee waters newly laid sod with a 3,000 gallon water tanker at a home on the corner of Eagle Creek Avenue and Eau Claire Trail on Wednesday morning.
