Hazel C. (Mrs. John S.) Evans

Hazel C. Evans, 66, of Faribault, died on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008, at her daughter’s home in Prior Lake.

Services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Faribault, with the Rev. Allan Nelson officiating.

Jerome “Jerry” Blumberg, 34, of Shakopee and formerly of Jordan, passed away Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008 at Shakopee.

He was born Jan. 26, 1974 in Shakopee. Jerry enjoyed woodworking, auto repair and his Mountain Dew and smiley face collection.

Jerome “Jerry” D. Blumberg, 34, of Shakopee and formerly of Jordan, passed away Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008 at Shakopee.

Funeral service will be Thursday, Nov. 13, at 1 p.m. at Hope Lutheran Church in Jordan with the Rev. Steven Thompson presiding. Visitation will be on Thursday at Hope Lutheran Church from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

(Mary) Joan Lange passed away Monday, Oct. 20, 2008 at her home in Prior Lake, surrounded by family.

Roman W. Borchardt, 79, of Prior Lake, passed away suddenly and peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008 at his home.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 2, from 4-8 p.m. at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home, Prior Lake, and also one hour prior to the service at church.

Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran on Fish Lake, Prior Lake. Interment will be Fish Lake Lutheran Cemetery, Prior Lake.

Walter “Joe” Brewer, a member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008 at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.

(Mary) Joan Lange passed away Monday, Oct. 20, 2008 at her home in Prior Lake, surrounded by family.

Joan is returning home to Cincinnati and St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church, where she has received all of her sacraments, to celebrate her wonderful life. The service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, and Interment will be at Gate of Heaven following the service. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. at the church.
